On a still, sunny News Years Day way back in 1999, a few thousand die-hard revelers gathered in the auspicious surrounds of Melbourne’s Sidney Myer Music Bowl to herald the start of a new year and the beginning of what would quickly grow to become a worldfamous event, Summadayze.

As each year passed, this unique 12-hour dance music celebration attracted bigger international DJ lineups, bigger production budgets, and much, much bigger crowds.

Now, in 2010, Summadayze is an iconic festival institution that not only sees in excess of 20,000 of Melbourne’s party people share in the brilliance of its color, excitement and worldclass music – but it also travels the nation, bringing key capitals the electronic music celebration and experience of a lifetime.

For the last seven years, Summadayze has rocked Brisbane’s EDM community to its core.

For the last four years, Perth’s electronic faithful have reveled in its magnificence.

And now, with two more massive debut events confirmed for Adelaide and Sydney, the Summadayze juggernaut is finally complete.
